Intellectual Property Rights Protection Document

1. General Provisions

This document confirms that all materials, technologies, software code, design, and other intellectual property objects created within the company’s activities belong exclusively to the company-owner.

2. Copyright

All texts, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, and databases are protected under the laws of Ukraine and international treaties. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.

3. Patent and Know-How

The technological solutions described in this product are protected by patents or are pending patent registration. Use of the technologies without a license agreement is prohibited.

4. Prohibition of Copying

Reproduction, distribution, translation, modification, or any other use of the materials in any form without the written consent of the copyright holder is prohibited. Violations entail legal liability worldwide.

5. International Legal Basis

Protection is guaranteed in accordance with:
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886, revised 1971)
- Universal Copyright Convention (1952)
- WIPO Copyright Treaty (1996)
- Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property (1883)
- TRIPS Agreement, WTO (1994)

6. Jurisdiction

This document applies to all countries that are parties to the above-mentioned international treaties, as well as being governed by the laws of Ukraine.
